Speaking — Fatima / RÜHM

Fatima — Founder, RÜHM Creative Events Agency

Ideas that
move a room.

Fatima speaks at the intersection of creative strategy, AI, and the art of human connection — bringing the same precision and editorial intelligence she applies to world-class events to every stage she takes.

"The women at this conference deserve clarity, not inspiration without action. Tools, not just encouragement."

Who
Fatima
is.

Fatima is the founder of RÜHM Creative Events Agency — a practice built at the intersection of creative vision and operational discipline. She designs and produces experience-driven events for clients who refuse to choose between beauty and precision.

But her perspective extends well beyond the event itself. As a strategic event advisor and fractional head of events for organizations navigating growth and high-stakes delivery, Fatima has spent years studying what separates events that genuinely move a business forward from those that simply look good and disappear.

She built her practice from the ground up — which means she understands both the creative side and the operational reality underneath it. She knows what it is to hold an entire vision together while managing cash flow, decision fatigue, and the relentless work of proving your value in spaces that weren't designed with you in mind.

Fatima speaks about AI and human connection, creative direction, the business of events, and what it takes to build a high-end creative brand — with the authority of someone still actively doing the work, and the clarity of someone who has learned how to talk about it without losing the room.

AI Is Here — But People Still Need People: Why the Third Space Matters

As AI automates tasks and reshapes how we build businesses, it's quietly eroding the organic human connection that drives trust, creativity, and collaboration. This session introduces the concept of the third space — intentional environments where real relationships form — and makes the case for why authenticity and presence are becoming more valuable, not less, in an AI-accelerated world.

  • What "third space" means in today's AI economy
  • Why female founders are uniquely positioned to lead human-centered connection
  • How intentional events drive trust, loyalty, and long-term collaboration

Designing Human-First Event Strategy in an AI-First World

AI can optimize planning, personalization, and scale — but it cannot replicate emotional intelligence or shared presence. This session shows how to integrate AI tools thoughtfully into event strategy while keeping human experience at the center, and gives founders a clear decision-making framework for treating events as long-term business infrastructure.

  • Where AI fits into modern event strategy — and where it doesn't
  • How to design events aligned with brand values and business goals
  • A human-first event strategy model
  • Questions to guide smarter investment in experiences

Full Biography

Fatima is the founder of RÜHM Creative Events Agency — a globally operating events practice built at the intersection of creative vision and strategic discipline. Over the course of a decade in the industry, she has designed and produced layered, experience-driven events for clients who refuse to compromise on either beauty or execution.

But the work was never just about the events themselves. Alongside her creative practice, Fatima operates as a strategic event advisor and fractional head of events for organizations navigating complexity, growth, and high-stakes delivery. She has spent years studying the gap between events that genuinely move a business forward and those that simply look the part — and she built RÜHM specifically to close it.

"I built my practice to integrate creativity and execution. Most of the industry still treats them as separate things."

Fatima speaks from the kind of authority that only comes from doing the work yourself first. She knows what it is to hold an entire vision together while managing cash flow, building a team, and proving your value in rooms that weren't always designed with you in mind. Her perspective is honest, practical, and grounded in a decade of real decisions — which is exactly why rooms pay attention when she talks.

She brings the same editorial precision to the stage that she brings to every event she produces: no filler, no recycled inspiration, no slides dense with text. Just clear thinking, well-told stories, and frameworks people actually leave with.

Fatima is based in Ontario and operates globally. Her talks span AI and human connection, creative direction and visual storytelling, the business of luxury events, and what women entrepreneurs are actually navigating when they're building something serious.

Outside
the office,
though.

Because the best speakers are full people — and honestly, this part explains a lot about why her events feel the way they do.
